Culinary Management – Your Ticket to an International Career The scope of culinary management expands beyond just cooking is a restaurant kitchen and plating and garnishing the food in an attractive manner. Rather, it includes exploring the unique relationship between cuisine, culture and religion, bringing an international perspective to traditional cuisine and specializing in both ethnic and international cuisines. A culinary management program may be your ticket to an international career. This is because you acquire the knowledge of international cuisine and learn how to manage diversity in workplace, which can be applied in Canada and/or globally.
