    2. According to a recent Direct Marketing Association study, direct Mail continues to be a very effective way to reach prospects.
    3. It can be wise to invest money in Direct Mail campaigns. However, do you have the ability to prove how effective your campaigns are? Who has been reached?  Who is responding?  What are they  interested in?

    6. The list and mailer All you need to get started is a contact list, and a mailer design
    7. Generate personalized URL’s With our software you can generate personalized URL’s for everyone on your mailing list
    8. Then the mailers are sent out to the recipients who were on the contact list
    9. On the front of the mailer, there’s a personalized URL for the recipient to follow to a landing page. The front side of the mailer
    10. On the back of the postcard, two areas were personalized. -Recipient’s Name -Recipient’s Personalized URL The back of the mailer
    11. So what’s the big deal with Personalized URL’s? By attaching a Personalized URL to your mailer, a user can go to any web browser and type in their web address. That is where the tracking begins.
    12. Now that our recipient has located their landing page, the real gears of the marketing communications engine start to turn
    13. As you can see, the recipient arrives at a landing page that is graphically similar to the direct mailer Personalized Landing Page
    14. On the landing page, the recipient’s name is part of the welcome message. The recipient can update their contact information. Also, they can specifically express the areas they are interested in. Personalized Landing Page
    15. A thank you page is generated after the recipient has entered the requested information. Thank You Page

    17. Sales team notified When the recipient responds to the response form, an email is created and sent to sales with the information provided by the recipient.
    18. Print ready file created From the information retrieved from the landing page a personal print ready file can be created and sent to the recipient which includes: -Recipients name -Requested call time -List of interested software
    19. Recipient receives requested collateral When the recipient filled out the response form and requested the fulfillment, an email is sent to them including the requested electronic and hard copy fulfillment.
    20. Landing page activity calculated When the campaign is in progress, real time results are automatically captured and calculated into a graphical interface.
