    Open the control Panel then Organization and Users Tab
    Click Create New User
  • 23. Allow Access to other calendars
    Paul can provide Hector (Admin Assistant) access to his calendar
    Go to Calendar -> Settings
    Click Shared: Edit settings
  • 24. Access to other calendars
    Now when Hector logs in, he sees both his and his boss’ calendars
  • 25. Publicly available calendar
    Add a calendar, make it public
  • 26. Copy and Paste the code
    Copy the code google provides into your website’s page(s)
