  • 5. Accomplishments Brought a small business from break even to profitable in under 2 years using my training, marketing and HR initiatives Created training programs that increased staff performance reducing training time by close to two weeks

    • Reviewed 60 job descriptions to create a Job Safety Analysis in a unionized manufacturing facility that improved safety and practices.
    • HR administrative task including payroll reconciliation, cost control, document creation and maintaining WSIB Case files
