Social Networking • 194M people worldwide manage a social network profile. • The penetration is highest in Brazil (75 %), • Followed by Mexico and China. • US (33 %), UK (20%) • The US is still the largest social networking market with 41M adults, (does not count people less than 16, so dramatically undercounted) • followed by China (30,97 m). • The emerging Internet world is driving social networks as tools to meet new people, and the space is somewhat dominated by 16- 24's and students. • More than half (55%) of all online American youths ages 12-17 use online social networking sites,

Jobster Business Update: October 17, 2007 • 4 Years Later, Jobster Continues to Lead the Industry in Social Media Recruitment • Our products keep getting better and better based on direct recruiter input • Employers are voting for Jobster: • Q3 2007 was our best sales quarter in company history, double our previous record. • More than 2000 total employers did business with Jobster in Q3. • 16% of F100 employers use our premium subscription recruiting tools • We signed more than 70 entirely new employers to long term contracts for our premium subscription recruiting tools in Q3. • More than 30 employers renewed their subscription contracts for our premium tools during the quarter, nearly all of them for another 12 months. • We’re running smart • Jobster’s core recruiting tools business continues to be operationally profitable for the 6th consecutive month, • More companies reported success using our tools with more active recruiter users, than at any time in our history.

Jobster Business Update: 10/17/2007 • The digital generation chooses Jobster • Registered consumer users on Jobster.com grew by 54% during the quarter, • Up over 300% for the year • We’re knocking it out of the park on Facebook • Jobster facilitated nearly 300,000 direct connections between employers and Facebook users during Q3. • Consumer signups for our Facebook app grew by 240% • Jobster is emerging as the leading partner in the industry • More than 750 job boards and websites have signed up to be Jobster affiliate partners, with a combined reach of more than 70M unique visitors per month. • Beginning in October 2007, jobs posted with Jobster are also targeted/distributed to these partners' sites. • Many More Social Media Recruitment Developments to Come • We just signed agreements with two major partners for them to power their own vertical career networks utilizing Jobster's social media recruitment platform. We will be discussing this more in the coming weeks.
