Thank you all for coming to this talk. Let me begin by saying that I will be talking about tagging systems for public users. When they see a resource they like they can create a sort of bookmark for the item that can be shared with other users. If this is not what you were thinking it was feel free to leave, but of course feel free to stay as well. ;)
