Update: “Find Presentations" Tab is fast in production but not in dev env. (ANSWER: Will work during Nerd Club)
– Unclear how to fix: "Unsafe Query Risk in Active Record”. (GROUP ANSWER: Must wait until next Rails release)

– Jul.17: Data Science for Social Good Demo Day (6:30pm/ATV), Also Nerd Club (7pm)

– Sep.12-14: Hack4good (Climate Change theme) – no ATL event yet
● Alan: “No update on Emerald City this month.” (our Study Group). Probably start back up in September.

ATLRUG has received the 10 Surplus “Last 2009” Mozilla Mac Minis machines and cables (no OS or
software). Ran organizing meeting last Sunday. Many thanks to Robert Benn who arranged for pick up,
packaging, and mailing from California To Georgia.
– Working on OS installs and usage cases. (UPDATE: Finished OS install on 6 of 10)
– Looking for USB keyboards/mice and screen donations to make total package.

● ATLRUG have been awarded 10 Surplus Mozilla Mac Minis – must pick up and mail to ATL
– Robert Benn has agreed to pick up the machines and mail them to ATL.
