Note: Steps 14-15 show how to move
a class(files) to another teacher
Step 1 - Finalize Student
Names
Step 2 - Copy n Paste to Notepad
Step 3 - Save all Gr7 lists in both C and D drives
Step 4 - Start Compass File New
Step 5 - Choose Class
Step 6 - Import
Step 7 - Import Class Data Tab Return
Step 8 - All Files in C drive Choose Class
Step 9 - Click OK
Step 10 - Add columns for Passwords, Assignments
etc.
Step 11 - Add passwords manually or Copy n Paste if
possible
Step 12 IMPORTANT - Save class under new name
e.g. 706
Step 13 Save Class
Step 14 Open your new Class
Step 15 Close class and Under Admin Move Files
Between
Step 16 - Move 706 from Sys Adm to Teacher
