  • 1. A Fresh Start for the Red Sox Jared Skvirsky
  • 2. Jared Skvirsky: A Fresh Start for the Red Sox A past clubhouse attendant for the Red Sox, Jared Skvirsky is a baseball devotee and exercise enthusiast. His home team faces a fresh start this season under new manager John Farrell.
  • 3. Jared Skvirsky: A Fresh Start for the Red Sox Mr. Skvirsky says he's excited to see how the Red Sox fare this year. After last season, where the team unraveled under a spate of injuries, this season promises to bring new energy with right fielder Shane Victorino, left fielder Jonny Gomes, and catcher David Ross, among others.
  • 4. Jared Skvirsky: A Fresh Start for the Red Sox None of the new players will net more than three years or $39 million, which gives the Red Sox some wiggle room in terms of payroll.
  • 5. Jared Skvirsky: A Fresh Start for the Red Sox Opening day at Yankee Stadium was a good one for the Red Sox, as they cruised to an 8-2 win against the Yankees. Mr. Skvirsky says the team has regained their footing, which bodes well for their schedule ahead. The team faces the Blue Jays, the Orioles, and then the Rays.
