  • 回顾了人类学习的历史,列举了网路特征,学习与工作的界限模糊了,提出了建构社会学习环境的要素,个人知识管理简单地说就是:意义建构加上做好事情。提出意义建构的模式:搜寻来的低价值的信息,通过过滤、确认、综合、展示以及根据客户定制,从而形成高价值的信息,并与他人分享。分享的工具:作者提出了从单个人使用到多人使用,分为三类:创作兴的工具、组织化的工作,以及分析类工具。工作就是学习,学习就是工作。作者还介绍了他人的个人知识管理模式,如:个人知识管理2.0模式:其过程为:检索、评价、组织、分析、组成、展示、出版…… 另外一个比较完善的模式是Silvia Andreoli提出的:信息输入,通过过滤、确认、综合、展示、定制化这些个人的独立建构,然后,分享、联结、交换、给予和获得反馈、辩论等个人联结社会的建构,做到意义的建构,最后输出知识,从而完成个人和社会的进步,在此基础上再度获得信息……
