        • Offer great assistance for classroom discussions
        • Many fail to captivate their audiences
          • Common mistakes
            • Can be avoided by following the tips provided
  • 4. Slides
    • Keep it simple
    • Cutting and pasting from different sources won’t cut it
    • The font is the key to success
    • Emphasize your highlights
    • Careful with the design
      • Don’t let it take over your message
  • 5. Uniformity
    • Change is NOT good
      • Use the same font and size on all slides
    • Colors should match
      • Don’t be to crazy!
  • 6. Distinction
    • Don’t be boring
      • Black and white isn’t exciting
    • Color can be good
      • Make it easy on the eyes
      • Don’t strain your audience
  • 7. Simplicity
    • Don’t get to fancy
      • Straightforward and modest is the best bet
      • Keywords only
      • No sentences!
      • Don’t read the slides word for word

    • Let your audience see what your talking about
    • Use visual cues to enhance your message
    • Don’t use them for decoration

    • Keep them in mind when your creating your presentation
