Leadership Team: Pamela Raimo, Regional Vice President Bringing over a decade of expertise in the industry, Pamela is responsible for leading the strategy, client management, business development, and marketing for the northern New England territory of SNI Companies and it’s divisions, Staffing Now, SNI Financial and SNI Technology. She began her career in 1991 with Scudder Stevens and Clark with a focus in the Global Bonds Group. This experience provided the foundation within the financial community where she continues to foster strong relationships. Pamela transitioned to staffing management with CoWorx Staffing in Massachusetts and Rhode Island where she revitalized the business and increased revenue by 500% in three years. Prior to joining SNI Companies, Pamela spent 2 years as Vice President of KNF&T Staffing Resources, a Boston based boutique firm. There, she successfully developed the Finance and Accounting Divisions (Contract and Direct Hire) and strengthened their brand identity in that market segment. Her success is driven by recruitment process outsourcing, strategic alliances, brand improvement, and implementation of new clients. Jan Rich
5. Leadership Team: Jan Richards, Division Manager Jan began her financial services career as a Client Service Associate at Kidder Peabody. At Bear Stearns, Jan was promoted into a Financial Advisor position, and developed a successful practice focusing upon high net worth clients. In l995 Jan was recruited to Morgan Stanley, where she spent the remaining two years of her brokerage career as a Vice President in Private Wealth Management. Jan transitioned into staffing the financial services industry in 1997, and has partnered with many of Boston’s top financial firms for over 10 years. Her client list comprises the premier firms in both the manufacturing and distribution of financial services’ products and services. In her current role of Division Manager, Jan and her team are driving towards establishing SNI Financial as the preeminent staffing practice in Boston. Leadership Team: David Asdourian, Recruiting Manager David began his financial services career when he joined Eaton Vance in 1999 in their Shareholder Services Group servicing both high net worth individuals and top tier Financial Advisors. He was then recruited to IBT, and spent 3 years in their Institutional Custody Services Department. David transitioned into staffing and has been working with some of Boston's most prestigious investment management firms in Boston, Chicago, New York City, and Washington DC. His areas of expertise include: Relationship Management, Private Equity, Business Development, Research, Product Management and Operations. David has developed strong relationships with some of the best firms in the North East. David is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. Jan Rich
7. Leadership Team: Debra Gold, Research Associate Debra is developing a new role for SNI, focused on identifying viable candidates for current and future job opportunities. Having studied Management and Counseling Psychology at Syracuse and Lesley Universities, Debra has worked in Human Resources for more than 20 years across industries including Financial and High-Tech, always focused upon improving skills and organizational performance. Debra is a personal and professional coach who has worked with hundreds of managers at IBM, Microsoft, EMC, and numerous small businesses, helping them to focus, communicate better, manage and lead. She has a special passion for using technology to improve business results, and is looking forward to seeing how technology can differentiate SNI. Jan Rich
8. Leadership Team: Diana Meyer, Staffing Manager Diana joined SNI Companies in 2006, where her focus is primarily on contract administrative roles. Diana has a broad base of experience working with a wide variety of clients, and has developed strong relationships with some of Boston’s leading companies. Her clients often remark on her attention to detail, and her ability to fill vital openings with very short notice. Diana also has experience with direct-hire roles, including, most recently, successfully placing the Director of Marketing at an international pharmaceutical company. She is a focused, driven, and professional recruiter, and approaches her clients as true business partners. Diana has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College. Jan Rich
9. Leadership Team: Ben Krisher, Staffing Manager Ben joined SNI Companies in the fall of 2007 after graduating cum laude from the University of Vermont. In a short time, he transitioned to a recruiting role for administrative positions, and has been instrumental in developing and servicing major accounts in the greater Boston area. While at SNI Companies, he continues to develop strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Exceeding expectations for his clients at every opportunity has earned him a reputation for quick and efficient service. Most recently, Ben has been influential in establishing partnerships with area colleges and universities to ensure the best new talent is available to his clients.
