  • Who May Not Regis ter (Dis qualifications )• Those who  lost their Filipino Citizenship in accordance with Philippine laws  expressly renounced their Philippine Citizenship and pledge allegiance to a foreign country;  convicted by final judgment of a court or tribunal of an offense punishable by imprisonment of not less than one (1) year, including those found guilty of disloyalty, including – Rebellion – Insurrection – Violation of the firearms laws – Any crime against national security unless such disability has been removed by plenary pardon or amnesty
