Introduction I t d ti • Impetus for this research • Questions: – 1) How much money is being invested in solar* under the stimulus funded State Energy Program (SEP)? – 2) Which states have allocated the most money to solar under the stimulus funded SEP? – 3) How much stimulus funded SEP is still available to possibly fund solar? *Solar includes: PV and Solar Thermal (usually for water heating with a few space heating p j g projects) )
