Our clients Managers, who would like to eliminate some troubles: • permanent time pressure • overload by line management at the expense of more important activities • some their departments do not perform well, or do not mutually cooperate well, important information are not available • persistent management of subordinates, even they complain and lose initiative • troubles with management systems (ISO...), which are bureaucratic, book-learned, expensive • their people do not fulfill assigned tasks, there is no time for systematic control and enforcement • changes are labor-intensive and lengthy, effect is often only short-lived • and have decided it‘s time to change the way they work.
