  • IOS BY APPLE iOS (previously iPhone OS) is a mobile operating system by Apple Inc.(2007) Apples App Store contained more than 650,000 iOS applications. Market share - 23% share of the smartphone os units 2012,( behindGoogles Android). Interaction with the OS includes gestures such as swipe, tap, pinch, andreverse pinch, ( specific definitions ) and its multi-touch interface. Apple rebranded iPhone OS as "iOS“(2010).
