    In-house workshops - Presentation Transcript

    1. STEP TWO DESIGNS In-house workshop program
    2. Our unique focus is on intranet strategy and management, and we are global thought-leader in this space. We’ve published hundreds of articles, as well as key reports providing practical insights. Our job is to help intranet teams deliver more successful sites. We are also experts in content management, collaboration, information management and knowledge management.
    3. We keynote conferences and run workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand, as well as in S-E Asia, Europe and the US. These sessions have been attended by hundred of organisations. (Yes, we do spent a lot of our time on planes.)
    4. While we love running public workshops, having 30 people from 30 different organisations makes it impossible to deep-dive into any one organisation’s needs. (In-house workshops allow us to focus just on you.)
    5. In-house workshops give you the knowledge and skills to address immediate and long-term challenges. Use the workshop to obtain best-practice methodologies and strategies. Build consensus amongst project stakeholders. Kick-start a new project or build the start of a strategy and roadmap. Learn from the successes (and failures!) of others.
