A 5 minute talk I did at Refresh Teesside March event. The idea was to introduce my take on personal projects and share some thought on how to make them work for you. I believe that everyone should partake in a personal project but share a word of caution about not completing projects you start. The overall message is to 'Keep it small. Get it done'

    • Started many.Not finished many.
    • Currently I have no active personal projects.
    • I do have a number ofcompleted and live projects. This makes me feel good!
    • I would like to share some thoughts with you.
    • Everyone should do personal projects.
    • Everyone has ideas, notmany do anything with them.
    • Pick one.
    • Focus, make it happen.
    • Keep it small.Get it finished.
    • Don’t try and do too much.
    • Don’t worry about all the things it wont do.

    • If nobody ever uses it… If nothing ever come of it…If you end up binning the project… It does not matter!
