I see a potential conflict? - Megan Ross FarrellNeed a better way to handle discounts with sales - either core team is burdened with constant requests or sales discounts w/o talking to team - perhaps give sales a discount level, then above that goes to team?  Regardless needs to be built into budget.  Look at what average ticket price was for JW12, likely well below what was estimated.
