This is the slidedeck from my appearance at the Estates Gazette Marketing Conference.
I was charged with talking about Education and I looked to discuss that content marketing was all about educating an audience.
However, you needed to approach it differently as everyone produces content now and so, as Mark Schaefer says, you have to produce content that moves.
Equally I wanted to give a little snapshot into the future of marketing and included my feelings to the future of technologies like Virtual Reality. These will soon be a reciprocal for content and hence need to be understood.

We are a small company but growing - we want to recruit

Just important to remember that you don’t have to be everywhere and appeal to everyone. Be particular. Refine your message to your core areas.
Story - pick three and work them hard. This is how I use it.
For me Facebook is personal and only key business people
Twitter is educational and for engagement with influencers - mention Klout
Google+ is for branding on external platforms e.g. social SEO and PPC - also to take the power out of the platform
LinkedIn is strategic
Pinterest and Instagram we are just starting to pick up on in a big way……….because……..
