MicroAid Project presents: Trying out simple technology for families in Kenya This presentation is the documentation of activities of poor families in Kenya are learning new technology skills to make a simple tomato jam, yoghurt and soap. These micro-projects funded by MicroAid Projects. These micro-projects managed by COSDEP, a Community Facilitation Partners joined in MicroAid Projects

  • 3. Boiling tomatoes to make tomato’s jam
  • 4. Decoction tomatoes stirring constantly so soft and can be filtered
  • 5. Tomatoes that have been boiled, filtered into bottles to make tomato jam
  • 6. Boil the potatoes to make soap
  • 7. Stirring the stew of potatoes during boiling
  • 8. Potato decoction stirring constantly until smooth
  • 9. Mixing raw materials
  • 10. all raw materials were mixed and stirred continued
  • 11. Soap and packaged ready-to-wear
  • 12. Filter the milk to make yogurt
  • 13. Stored milk mixture until it becomes yogurt
