SIMPLEA simple 7 Step Personal DevelopmentPlan to help you succeed in anythingyou want, quickly and easily.

The first step of this plan is to create a GOAL. Take a pieceof paper and write down “exactly” what you want.Perfectly, write every single detail.

THINKNow that you know what you want, create what you cangive in return to achieve that goal. Think again. How willyou do or “deliver” to achieve this Goal?

Create a schedule. No matter what you want, if you arenot consistent, you’re not going to make it no matter howgood you are. Make a schedule.

Divide your goal into baby steps. And start completingeach step one by one. Appreciate yourself for everycompleted step and get ahead.

Get help. You can’t probably know everything aboutcompleting this goal. If you did, you’d have completed itlong before. Get help, from family, friends and colleagues.

Constantly evaluate yourself. Every 10 days or so, checkwhere you wanted to be and where you’ve reached. Findthe gap. Find problems. Get help again.
