Rockin Runners Las Vegas - The BEST Endurance Training Program in the Valley

When I decided to join Rockin Runners Las Vegas I had no idea I was embarking on a journey that would literally transform my level of fitness and my life. My goal was simple: meet some active-cool peeps and improve my 5K capabilities. I had zero intention of actually running a half marathon.

Three years later with a few hundred race miles now under my belt including 5 half marathons and 7 triathlons (one of which was an Ironman 70.3), I am proof that the right combination of education, support, training and fun is all you need to accomplish anything you want for your life and for yourself. Especially, when what you want feels impossible. This program, for me, provided all that and more.

  8. 8. Owner & Coach: Nancy Dickinson For 11 years, nationally ranked triathlete Nancy Dickinson has been successfully sharing her passion for ‘Functional Movement’ as a fitness trainer. But, Nancy considers herself more than just a trainer. She has an innate ability to share her love of movement with others to inspire them to strive for a higher standard of fitness. Nancy’s current focus is on endurance training as well as rehabilitation via PNF stretching. Whether you are an athlete, senior, hard working parent, recreational triathlete or just getting started, Dickinson can create a successful, well-rounded fitness program for your needs. She’s especially passionate about creating programs to take “newbies” from the couch to their first race! Dickinson holds certifications from AFAA (Aerobics Fitness Association of America) in Personal Training, Nutrition and Pre-Natal Fitness, Arthritis Foundation Water Rehabilitation, Lifeguard Training, Red Cross CPR and First Aid. She is also in the process of obtaining her USAT (USA Triathlon) Coaching Level 1 Certification along with going back to school for a deeper understanding of Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. Balancing family life (Nancy’s pride and joy is her 5-year old son, Luke) with her career and her own elite endurance training is nothing short of chaos and utter joy. Fitness has held all the pieces together. She longs to share that gift with as many people as she possibly can, for the rest of her days.
