Better still, is to align our differences to make those work for us!

Using all the diverse elements produces the best landscape!

My definition of Diversity You are welcome to contribute to my definition! Diversity means the expression of all traits, behavioral, attitudinal and lifestyle; that make us different from each other, that when understood and harnessed in the right manner, has the potential to make our impact on our lives and on our world, more varied, richer and complete.
