BASIC INGREDIANTS1. 2 ⅟2 Flour made of- jwari and bajari2. 2 tsp Baking powder3. 1 cup Luke-warm water4. 1 tsp Salt5. Pepper6. Desi ghee7. Cream
SAUCES• Green chutney• Dark soya sauce• Tomato sauce
VEGETABLES• Green and yellow Capsicum cut in square• Spring Onion• Beet root cut into thin slices• Cabbage or lettuce leaves chopped thin
PROCEDURE1. Mix flour, baking powder, water and salt in a bowl.
2. Mix it properly and make a soft dough. The dough should not be sticky.
3. Pat that dough on a flat surface and make it like a bhakri which is nothing but your pizza base.
4. Put a pizza base (bhakri) on a non-stick tawa on a low rack. And bake it.
5. Remove pizza base from tawa and put it in a dish. Spread some cream on it.
