Simple Ways to Lose Weight Eating less is not a way to lose weight. You are not fat because  you eat more but because you eat wrong food. Dont Eat high calorie food often. Eat a fruit instead of spoonful  of ice cream Carry a notebook every time with you and maintain a sheet of  what you have eaten in the day.  Divide your 2 or 3 meals in six small meals as this is the best  way to lose weight.
  3. 3.  You should eat your food slowly and in a calm place. Keep  some free time to enjoy your food.  Avoid eating while watching TV as you possibly consume  more calories when you watch TV. If you drink coffee often then use the low powdered milk in  it as it is high in calcium and low in calorie.
  4. 4. Diet Plan to Lose Weight Diet is a necessary thing when you want to lose weight. A  proper diet makes you lose weight fast. Salt and sugar are not considered good for weight loss.   Junk foods and calorie rich sweets are not good for health.   Planning of your meals is essential. 
  5. 5.  Include fruits, vegetables, low calorie foods, whole  unprocessed grains, unsaturated fats, pulses etc., in your  diet. Avoid taking soft drinks and carbonated drinks. Drink plenty of  water throughout the day. Minimum 8 ­10  glasses of water in a day to lose  weight fast.

Exercise to Lose Weight Exercise is another important thing when you want to lose  weight. Running is the best exercise program to lose weight. Its  burn your fats and some people run not only to lose weight  but for healthy life. Cycling is the best cardio weight loss exercise. It will helps  to increases fitness. If running is not possible for you then you can go for  walking.
