    • Mobile weighingWeighing & data collectionVolume scanningbarcode scanningmobile weighingimagingreporting to ERP systems RAVAS UniWin
    • PrincipleRAVAS mobile weighing systems can be integrated in warehousetrucks and in forklift trucks using RAVAS iForks. The RAVASweighing systems will be equipped with Bluetooth transmitters totransfer the weight to an industrial PDA (or fixed terminal) runningUniWin softwareThis PDA terminal scans bar codes from barcode labels or pre-defined laminated sheets giving the relevant codeThe weighing takes place and gross weight is recorded from theRAVAS indicator into the PDA, using BluetoothThe total info will be stored and sent direct from thePDA to a PC using WLAN. The whole system is workingin real time. RAVAS UniWin
    • Mobile Weighing on Fork Lift TrucksThe RAVAS iForks will be mounted on the fork lift truck and both forks willcommunicate with one central Bluetooth receiver; the RAVAS indicator. This RAVAS indicator communicates at the same time with the PDA, alsousing Bluetooth technology. Creating ‘real time’ weight information in thePDA or terminal. RAVAS UniWin
    • WLAN connection to the PC networkThe PDA uses WiFi technology to communicate with the central computer. One or more WiFi access points will create a continuous ‘on-line’connection between the PC and the PDA’s.The PC will have RAVAS UniWin software to accumulate all the informationof all the PDA’s and will store it in the database. New instructions can alsobe send from the PC to the PDA’s – more work stations can be added Camera’s PC with UniWin ERP system RAVAS UniWin
    • Mobile Weighing and Volume ScanningThe fork lift driver takes the pallet to a marked place on the ground and putsthe pallet in that area. With infrared beams this pallet will be scanned andthe volume will be determined and transferred to the UniWin package usingCSV files or TCP/IP. Puls-Design RVSS Volume dimensioning system using two Sick camera’s on one rotator mechanism. Option is the use of webcams to make 4 pictures of the 4 sides in one action together with the volume scanning RAVAS UniWin
    • Webcams for multiple imagesOptionally a number of webcams can be installed around the volume scanlocation. During scanning UniWin will also take pictures and will storethose picture using the correct ID numbers. A number of network camera’s can be connected UniWin RAVAS UniWin
    • imagesImages can be taken with network camera’s but alsowith a hand held PDA with integrated camera. RAVAS UniWin
    • Software for UniWin PCThe UniWin PC will collect all data from local mobile scales in real time. All the weighings are stored individually on the hard disc and can bemonitored at all times.Job lists can be generated and operators can pick the job they need. The PC is on-line with the PDA’s and once a product item, costumer item ortare detail is added or changed, it is immediate available for all the PDA’sAs an option also images can be processed with the system. The systemcan work with a master and slave PC configuration. RAVAS UniWin is multi lingual !! RAVAS UniWin
    • ReportsThe UniWin PC will collect all data and stores it in a database.Print outs can be made when needed and management report are available. An export function is available to export data into CSV format files.Queries can be made using all possible variables within a given time frame. Several depots with UniWin installations can be linked using internet, to one Head Office UniWin system for a nationwide Management Information System. The RAVAS UniWin software is highly flexible and can be adapted to the customers (ever growing) needs. RAVAS UniWin
    • Task plannerOne of the strongest features is the task planner of RAVAS UniWin.This task planner can be set up to create a report according to the settingsand make a PDF version of a report and send it by email to a supervisor. An other example can be the printing of reports every hour to a network based printer or week totals per fork lift truck etc etc. RAVAS UniWin
    • Integration with ERP systemsAnother strong feature of UniWin is the capability to integrate with ERPsystems in a very (cost) effective way.UniWin can read data from an ERP system by checking new data placed ina file. And at the same time it will report new finished activities in an otherfile. All in ‘real time’. Various IT solutions are available. SAP, JD Edwards, Exact, Navision, Oracle, Sage, etc. RAVAS mobile scales RAVAS UniWin
