7. What’s our aim?

8. What we are learning? Flexible learning includes but is not limited to e-learning Blended learning can take on as much or as little e-learning as you want it to Everybody does it differently – there is no one way – even within one organisation It involves commitment & at least 1 enthusiastic starter! It is NOT a cheap way to delivertraining! WE CAN DO IT WE CAN DO IT

9. What happened at our first session? We looked at our Business Plans & tightened them We joined the ementor wiki & explored the resources – most were gobsmacked at the range!! We found our own page and thought about how we could use it to report our journey We set up our own wiki – yay! Some were tearing their hair out already!

10. What did we decide? Let’s split into neighbouring organisations and work together Each group gets a visit from Lynne within the next 3 weeks for more individual help

11. This week..... Orana and OELP met with Lynne at Orana Great wiki progress by everyone! CONFIDENCE!

12. Moodlers? Negotiating a session with Michael Chalk Hmmm..its a long way out there to ride my bike!!??
