What we are learning?<br />Flexible learning includes but is not limited to e-learning<br />Blended learning can take on as much or as little e-learning as you want it to<br />Everybody does it differently – there is no one way – even within one organisation<br />It involves commitment & at least 1 enthusiastic starter!<br />It is NOT a cheap way to delivertraining!<br />WE CAN DO IT<br />WE CAN DO IT<br />

What happened at our first session?<br />We looked at our Business Plans & tightened them<br />We joined the ementor wiki & explored the resources – most were gobsmacked at the range!!<br />We found our own page and thought about how we could use it to report our journey<br />We set up our own wiki – yay!<br />Some were tearing their hair out already!<br />
  10. 10. What did we decide?<br />Let’s split into neighbouring organisations and work together<br />Each group gets a visit from Lynne within the next 3 weeks for more individual help<br />
  11. 11. This week.....<br />Orana and OELP met with Lynne at Orana<br />Great wiki progress by everyone!<br />CONFIDENCE!<br />
