  31. 31. Treating others as objects or tools that have to do a job, a function
  32. 32. This kind of perception will stand between you and success
  33. 33. That’s the dark forceyou have to be aware of
  34. 34. How does Self Deception Trigger?
  35. 35. Our minds are designed toalways justify our decisions
  36. 36. We do wrong, treat people as objects and then justify it
  37. 37. That’s called “Being in the Box”
  38. 38. A box full of blame and self deception
  39. 39. And the REAL BAD news are
  40. 40. That’scontagious
  41. 41. When you start blaming others it starts a chain reaction
  42. 42. People feel your blaming and could be set to “justify” it, and actually fail
  43. 43. Then they start getting “In the Box” and blaming back
  44. 44. Soon enough Success evaporates Company Wide
  45. 45. So how do you get“Out of the Box”?
  46. 46. Start Asking Yourself and others How they feel treated by you
  47. 47. Apologize where needed
  48. 48. Always Be aware of “The Box”
  49. 49. Recruit supporters who will step up to tell you when you’re “In the Box”
  50. 50. Because you will. We all do.That’s part of being human.
  51. 51. Does this mean you should not point to things that need to change?
  52. 52. Actually It’s about Candid Respectful Feedback, rather than blaming
  53. 53. So What’s next?
