TOOLS OF PARAMETRIC DESIGN AND SOLAR ANALYSIS INFORM THE SKIN OF THE BUILDING. ELEMENTS OF MY PROJECT WERE ADAPTED INTO THE GROUP PROJECT. THE EXTERIOR METAL SKIN IS PERFORATED WITH APERTURES BASED ON SOLAR EXPOSURE. I AM PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS OF THE FINAL PROJECT: THE SIZE OF THE APERTURE CORRELATES TO SOLAR B EXPOSURE UPON THE FACADE. A. DESIGN AND ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE ROOF AND CLERESTORY. THE NORTH, SOUTH AND EAST FACADES ARE CLAD IN THIS SKIN. B. SOLAR AND ENERGY ANALYSIS OF THE BUILDING. NO_MA BLOCK SIZES MONA EL- KHAFIF 450’ X 300’ FURTHER INFORMATION: 250’ X 300’ THE FOLLOWING IS AN EXCERPT OF WORK DONE 300’ X 300’ IN A URBAN ANALYSIS SEMINAR.
