  • 5. Create Integrated Multi-Sector Management Team
  • 6. Create Flexible, Organisation of Implementers at Ground Level *who possess postgraduate qualifications with research experience in their respective areas of expertise
  • 7. MoE STAKEHOLDERS (2005-2010) (The Ramping Up Phase) • Standardize & reevaluate the deployment framework. • Introduce incrementally decentralization features; increasing autonomy @ responsibility focused on components of the smart school can be an initial step. • Invest in professionally designed and managed change environment programs.
  • 8. MoE STAKEHOLDERS (2010-2020) (The Stabilisation Phase) • Provide compensation for teachers and MoE staff to develop school-based content. • Establish a professionally managed central repository for teachers to share TLM. • Convert 10%-15% of the examination/evaluation process to incorporate ICT approaches. • Outsource management &maintenance of infrastructure with increased school autonomy for faster service delivery.
  • 9. 1) Internet Network in School • Wide Area Network (WAN) Both urban and rural school To facilitate internet access in schools and educational system Enable interactive learning environment & maintain on line school management Collaborative learning through social networking: email, blog, twitter and Facebook
  • 10. • Local Area Network (LAN) To facilitate management, data security processes and sharing of information within school Enable teacher to share teaching materials among the colleagues Enable students to collaborate and share ideas/projects
  • 11. 2. ICT equipment • Computer laboratory (CL) project: • School access centre:  Adopt a cyber-cafe concept outside school hours  Provide equipment  servers, computers, laptops, LCD projectors, printers, scanners, digital cameras, interactive whiteboards, TVs, LCD TVs and DVD players
  • 12. 3) Software & application educational system • Teaching & Learning Application

  • 14. Support Ticketing System (STS) • Collect & record data of ICT problems in schools • To identify ICT maintenance need  technical support system • ICT service support level: i. Teacher Activity Centers (TAC) ii. State educational Technology Division (SETD) iii.Educational Technology Division (ETD) iv.Vendors
