Steps to create the Scorecard Structure

Create an Empty Scorecard on the QPR Scorecard Designer

Select newly created Scorecard from IYCON Tools and export Excel Template

Select Model Select Scorecard Export to Excel

Open the exported blank excel sheet

Structure the Hierarchy on the Excel Sheet

Select & Import Excel Sheet into IYCON Tools

Import Data

Scorecards have now been created

This Module allows setting of the following Element properties for one type of element at a time (Perspective / Strategic Objective etc.)

Modify Name

Add Description

Select In Charge

Define Unit

Select Value Settings

Select Period Level

Select Periodic Accumulation

So rather than setting these properties one screen at a time for each element,

We can do this rapidly in a grid format.

User Module

Provides functionality to manage manual data loads

Usually Target data is loaded from excel

In case data is not automated, this is usually entered via the QPR Portal or copied and pasted from excel into the QPR Scorecard Designer for each element.

The User module generates an excel data sheet, which makes it easy to collect data for easy upload to QPR Scorecard
