  • Who are employees? Employees are individuals who are paid for the services they have rendered in an organization
  • Employees are individuals who are paid for the services they have rendered in an organization CWK- are agency supplied workers and not paid by company’s payroll Applicants- who all have applied for a position in the organization, can be internal or external External candidates- contacts, dependants or beneficiaries of certain benefits
  • An end user, by going through the statuses, can determine whether employees are on leave, or whether they are assigned to payroll Full-time regular, part-time regular employees are categorized according to assignment types
  • We define jobs positions, grades, payroll and pay methods in a separate window, we assign all the things discussed above on the assignment window itself for an individual employee
