  • 3. 钢拉杆制造总厂隶属于巨力索具股份有限公司,是国内唯一一家集设计、制造、检测试验为一体的专业钢拉杆厂,年生产能力达 3.5 万吨以上,钢拉杆生产直径范围 Φ10mm-Φ300mm (锚杆直径为 Φ20mm-Φ100mm )。 钢拉杆制造总厂拥有国际先进的钢拉杆专业生产线,由 4 条专业工序流水线组成,即:锻造加工流水线、热处理流水线、机械加工流水线、表面处理流水线。 钢拉杆制造总厂流水线上拥有 15m 超长台式电热炉, 15m 大型通过式抛丸机,拥有自主研发的 2500t 、 2000t 、 1000t 、 500t 等各种吨位的钢拉杆锻造成型设备,拥有多台大型自动化数控机床等先进加工设备(包括数控管螺纹车床在内的钻、镗、铣等各种数控机械加工设备 ) 。 Juli tie rod plant is a special manufacturer who specializes in tie rod designing, manufacturing, testing and inspection in China, and annual production capacity shall exceed 35,000 tons. The tie rods are available to be produced from Φ10mm to Φ300mm, and anchor rods are able to be produced from 20mm to 100mm. The plant has equipped with 4 sets of international advanced tie rod production lines, forging production line, heat treatment production line, machining production line and surface treatment production line. You may find the over length desk-electrothermal furnace (15 meters long), large passing through type of shot blasting machine (15 meters long) and various of forging forming equipments with different tones(2500T, 2000T, 1000T, 500T) for tie rod production, also there are many large automated NC machine for tie rod threading.
  • 4. 钢拉杆简述 钢拉杆是以优质合金结构钢棒或不锈钢棒为原材料,经锻造、机加工、热处理、表面处理等工序制作而成的高强度、高塑性、高冲击韧性钢结构件。钢拉杆在空间结构中两端通过销轴铰接或螺纹连接与主体结构连接;水工建筑中两端预埋与锚碇墙中,中间通过连接绞及张紧器相连。钢拉杆主要受力形式为轴向拉力。 钢拉杆的应用可以降低工程用钢量,是建造大跨度结构及大吨位码头的重要构件。同时钢拉杆本身具有一定的刚度,便于施工安装,其应用更加广泛。可以说,钢拉杆是力与美的完美结合,是新型建筑领域的一项重要分支。 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF STEEL TIE ROD The raw materials of tie rod is high quality alloy structure steel bar and stainless steel bar, which shall be manufactured into steel structure with high strength, high plasticity, and high impact ductility after forging, machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment, etc. the tie rods shall be connected to the major structure through hinge pin and thread in the space structure, and in the construction of hydro-structure, the both ends of tie rod shall be embedded with anchor wall, and the tie rods shall be connected through connector and screw joint. And the main stress type of tie rods is axial tensile force. The application of steel tie rod can decrease usage amount of steel and make the structure lighter and graceful. Steel tie rod has certain rigidity that makes the installation more easy and convenient. In general, steel tie rod is perfect combination of strength and beauty and is one kind of most important material in new construction area.

  • 46. 巴基斯坦 Qasim 港项目钢拉杆直径为 Ø115mm ,强度级别为 550 级, 结构形式为 D3 型,结构形式见上图。钢拉杆垫板间设有 3 个单向绞和 2 个紧张器。单向绞沿竖直平面可以发生转动,防止因地基沉降、砂石回填等因素使钢拉杆承受侧向弯矩,确保只承受拉力;每个紧张器都可以实现收紧或放松 100mm 的调节, 2 个紧张器可以实现收紧或放松 200mm 的调节。即使施工过程中造成偏差,可以进行弥补,并实现张紧。 巴基斯坦 Qasim 港项目钢拉杆共计 448 套,总 用 量约 2500t 。产品分两批交货,第一批交货日期 2008 年 12 月 25 日,数量为 140 套,总 用 量约 800t ;第二批交货日期 2009 年 4 月 10 日,数量为 308 套,总 用 量约 1700t 。 The Qasim port project in Pakistan adopt D3 type, Ø115mm,grade 550 steel tie rod (Shown on the above drawing). There are 3 hinge joint and 2 turnbuckle between two plates. The hinge joint can move vertically, which can insure there is only tension act on steel tie rod and avoid bending deflection under the force of groundsill and sand stone. The turnbuckle has function of tension and loosen and the range is 100mm for each one. The adjustment range of two turnbuckles is 200mm.Although there is deviation during installation, it’s can be repaired and achieve tension. The amounts of Qasim port project is 448 SETS and gross weight is about 2500t.The steel tie rods will be delivered in two batches.
