Finding Legislation 1. Choose the legislation tab 2. Enter the detail of the legislation you are looking for 3. Click on Search

Legislation 1. Select part of legislation to view 2. View the whole piece of legislation 3. Check which parts of the legislation are in force, check sub-ordinate legislation. Look up cases that use this legislation

Finding Cases 1. Choose the cases tab 2. Enter the case details, and any other information about the case 3. You can select the date 4. Click on Search

Cases 1. Download the PDF 2. Link to related cases 3. Link to related legislation

Finding Subjects 1. Select choose topic, below the main search box 2. Limit your search to cases, legislation etc

Choose a Subject 1. Select the subject. The tree breaks down into specific areas of detail 2. Click OK to add the subjects to your search
