    • DIGITAL PAINTING PHOTOSHOP PANTONE #4 Create the pantone paint, use a picture as a reference     > FILTER / Pixelate / MOSAIC (CUBE SIZE 52)     > USE THE DROPPER TOOL to select     > Paint colors on a new layer
