Economic growth and stability, as well as increasing</li></ul>Foreign Direct Investments (especially from the EU area) are positively influencing the expansion of the Bulgarian<br />ICT sector. As of 2009, the ICT sector was represented by more than 5,000 companies, most of whom are small entities.<br /><ul><li>The software market accounts for 1/6 of the total ICT market.   11. 11. Software development and operating costs remain rather low (almost 3 times lower than in Czech Republic).
