    • Exposure means potential threat towards military security and secrecy
    • Image is so close it allows facial exposure thus causign threat towards potential victims such as generals, militaries or even bystanders
    • Defense departments and military bases are concerned with the 360 degree view of areas exposed on Google Street
  • 3. Key terms:
    • Google Street , used to view street level photographs. It allows taking virtual walks, rotating and zooming. It’s used to explore landscapes. Satellite images are online through the program which is user friendly. Google Street allows users to see houses, cars and people from street view
Images are taken as screen shots ; which is an image taken by a computer which records a visible item on the computer monitor. Images are 3D which means that it has three dimensions meaning it can be seen from any angle. These images are made by a van driving down the street and taking the images, this is why there are limits to the places on Google Street. Google Street comes from Google maps ; a web mapping application that manages map-based services .Like Google Earth, Google Street displays images of most inhabited places around the globe.
