What is your greatest challenge in the coming year?

What was your greatest achievement last year? Adding Netlibrary (e-books) Staying sane! Keeping the internet running for the patrons. I've been able to encourage use of our library by our Spanish speaking patrons. We implemented public classes to teach computer use . I am the new director of my library. Completing the Capstone Synchronous Training program
