Monetization plan: MAKE SOMETHING, CHARGE FOR IT 4. Picking a problem and building something that people want to pay for 5. Being ready to work on it for years to come
1. Long work week, every day is a day on job 2. Not everything is fun, but what is fun, is REALLY fun 3. Have the right motivation (builder, supporter, not employable) 4. Don’t just go for the money
1. Monetization plan: get to v1.0 ASAP and start making money 2. Make something that people are willing to pay for 3. Learn to sell and make money. You get good at what you repeatedly do
1. Customers, not users 2. Grow up. Incorporate 3. Learn to listen 4. Forget your ego, help your customers shine!
1. Exit strategy: What exit strategy? 2. Problems and challenges are constant and that is good 3. Grow, learn, challenge your self, get better 4. Make profit and enjoy it - have a nice car, travel, help the ones who are close to you, enjoy special moments with your friends and family
