There is severe global hypokinesis of the left ventricle. The right ventricle is normal size. The right ventricular systolic function is borderline reduced. The left atrium is moderately dilated. The right atrium is mildly dilated. The mitral valve is normal. There is mild mitral regurgitation. The tricuspid valve is normal. There is moderate tricuspid regurgitation. </li></ul>
