    • Persantin Nuclear Stress test of 72 years old male with Congenitally Corrected Transposition of Great Arteries.

    • LBBB in Sinus.

    • NSR ,Right Atrial Enlargement with LVH.
  •  
    • Sinus Bradycardia, old Inferior MI ,First Degree AV Block
  •  
    • LBBB in Sinus.
  •  
  •  
    • Multiple Fixed Defects Inferior , lateral ,apical & Mid Anterior .
    • Poor EF
  •  
    • Advanced Second Degree AV Block, 3:1.
    • Patient needs DDD Pacemaker.

    • NSR , Bi atrial Enlargement ,Left Anterior Hemiblock,PVCs noted

    • Apical Clot

    • Portable CXR of a lady with DDD Pacemaker in place , extensive Pulmonary Fibrosis Involving Left Lung.
