In a spot for Coca-Cola that could be activated with a swipe of the hand, viewers were urged to say “Xbox tweet” to promote the ad on Twitter.   • 8. WHAT IS IT? A mobile wallet is a cashless transaction using contactless near-field-communications (NFC) chip-enabled mobile devices that allows customers to make touch-and-go payments, redeem & build on loyalty programs, & store receipts.

INCREASE SPEED AND EFFICIENCY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE Retail locations will allow multiple party purchases or airport kiosks find missing luggage without consumers having to wait in line IMPROVE ACCURACY OF LOCATION-BASED CHECK-INS Since current GPS readings aren’t always accurate, NFC will help validate consumers’ locations and allow brands to boost loyalty rewards via check-ins DELIVER RELEVANT OFFERS & COUPONS Brands will be able to track costumers’ behaviors & trends in real-time
