Brand Management<br />Number of applicants<br />August 2009: 15,000<br />February 2010: 10,000<br />August 2010: 25,000 applicants<br />February 2011: 17,000 applicants<br />In the previous term, 2009-10, we had 25,000 applicants over-all, which went up-to 37,000 applicants, thus we had a huge growth in number of applicants to AIESEC, which should continue. We had 1600% growth in number of online applicants, with 150 applicants every week.<br />Recruitment<br />MTV India, LinkedIn signed partners for recruitment.<br />Events<br />IC 2010 – discharged at NSC 2010<br />National Stakeholders Dinner <br />Organized in Mumbai and Delhi with a turnout of 270+ delegates<br />Y2B organized in Mumbai alongside with 150 delegates & 5 partners<br />Global Village (along with IC)<br />UN Change Makers<br />TEDxYouthLeadership <br />Other highlights<br />National Communications Support Group<br />AOL India partnership initiated<br />Highest media appearances in the entire global network<br />

Alumni Relations<br />Global Alumni Congress 2010, Hyderabad organized with over 100 delegates<br />Database initiated through LCs & 2500 alumni tracked<br />National Career Day organized for Outgoing EB members<br />H4TF track run by Alumni facilitators<br />30 year Celebrations<br />AIESEC India 30 year publication consolidating 30 years history of AIESEC India’s history & launched<br />AIESEC India Alumni Hall of Fame awards initiated and given out in Delhi and Mumbai events<br />NY Alumni Event organized to connect with Alumni over-seas<br />Relationship with AIESEC Alumni Association: Constant communication & relationship re-initiated.<br />
