through the aligned use of information and communications technology, and to address the challenges of filling-in the learning gaps , content enrichment , delivery enhancement , and all learners inclusion .

Bring to all learners the matching learning experiences to realize the performance outcomes identified in the national curriculum
through the use of information and communications technology in the delivery of learning presentation , activities , references and assessment .

Initiate the digital literacy of all citizen at the basic education level,
and within the context of using information and communications technology in performing the activities of teaching and learning.
