  3. 3. How are materials organized? <ul><li>Materials are arranged in the library using the LIBRARY OF CONGRESS CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM or (LC) </li></ul><ul><li>LC uses letters and numbers to describe subjects and where items are located on the shelves </li></ul>
