Things to consider
Is it possible to give less written feedback now that there are
other forms of feedback? The system is otherwise quite
burdening for the Teacher trainer
Juggling with different media is time consuming.
At the moment Teacher trainers use their own equipment. In the
future the school should provide the phone + connections.
The students should be encouraged to contribute their own
videos, podcasts and photos. Documentation should not be only
the Teacher trainers responsibility.
The materials become “Prisoners of Moodle” when the studies
are over. Next year we’ll experiment with Google Docs to avoid
this problem.
