    2. 2. Republic Act 7279 It requires the developer of a proposed subdivision project to develop an area for socialized housing project (SHP).
    3. 3. Examples: This is covered by Sec. 18 of RA 7279 Total project area 20% of 5 hectares = 1 hectare for SHP Total project cost 20% of a P28 million project = P 5.6 million
    4. 4. • Projects intended for theunderprivileged and homeless and wherethe selling price of a house and lotpackage does not exceed P150,000•Projects with four unit or less•Projects within a density of 100 units ormore per hectare.
