But it is no longer the only criterion.
Research: quantity vs. quality
Could be a dilemma
But we need both.

To achieve quantity
Work like hell
Hurry up
Collaborate
With whom?
Pick the right journal
Be ethical

To enhance quality
Work like hell
Slow down
Be creative

Pick the right journal
Writing matters
Especially for international scholars

Research is NOT easy
Takes a long time
Needs resources
Reviews that are really blind
